November 6 -- Friday’s Little Blessings

Oh, the wonderful little things that make a Friday feel like a gift!

๐Ÿ“– Bible study — A little time in God’s Word, where the coffee is warm, the conversations are rich, and there’s always something new for the heart to chew on.

๐Ÿฅ— Lunch with a friend — Good food, plenty of laughter, and conversations that somehow make two hours feel like twenty minutes!

๐Ÿ›’ Trader Joe’s with the hubby — Because apparently, wandering the aisles together counts as a date! We go in for a few things and come out with snacks we didn’t know existed.

๐Ÿช Chocolate Chip cookies in the oven — Oh, that heavenly smell! A warm kitchen, a little flour on the counter, and the difficult task of deciding whether eating three cookies counts as quality control.

๐Ÿงต A cross-stitch project for sweet Levi — Tiny stitches, tangled threads, and a whole lot of love. One little stitch at a time, making something his Gigi hopes he’ll treasure someday.

๐Ÿ’• And all the ordinary moments in between — The laughter, the errands, the friendships, the flour-dusted countertops, and the simple joy of having hands busy with things I love.

A little Friday thought:

Some days gratitude doesn’t arrive with trumpets and fireworks. Sometimes it comes carrying a Bible, a shopping bag, a lunch date, a warm cookie, and a needle threaded with love.

And somehow, tucked into all those ordinary things, we find the extraordinary goodness of God.

“This is the day which the LORD has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it.” — Psalm 118:24 (NASB)
