Peanut Butter Button Cookies

Mine look like rough and rustic buttons.

This will give you an idea of the size of your cookie dough balls. This is the top to a coke bottle.
Bake them at 350 degrees for about 11 minutes.

Take your bottle cap and press down on them immediately after they are pulled out of the oven.

Then take your straw and press all the way through the warm baked cookies making four holes on top of each cookie leaving them looking like a button.

I wouldn't use the chunky Peanut butter again like I did here. The peanuts get in the way of making the holes with the straw. The creamy Peanut butter makes a much more smoother looking button cookie.

They still tasted good.

Fun idea and now here is a quick and easy recipe for you: 1 Cup Peanut butter, 1 Cup sugar and one egg. Bake at 350 for about 11-12 minutes depending on your oven. They harden as they cool so don't be tempted to bake them to long. I'm sure that any Peanut butter cookie recipe that you use will be fine. I need to buy some creamy peanut butter next time out.

For all that shall be…. yes.
