Sunday {rain}

Right out side my office window, this down pour of water from the sky, hitting my window. It's apart of living in Seattle that I am simply used to.

Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
Psalms 147:8 ~
Thankful for:
green trees
warm rain jacket
fire  in the fire place
snoring Pug by my feet
hot cup of tea
two projects crossed off my list
husband taking day off to be with me
children who call to say hi
new recipe tried
smell of vanilla candle burning from down stairs
a few more crochet wash clothes to add to my kitchen basket
bible study and trying to memorize yet another few chapters of Gods word
washed sheets and blankets on bed
bedroom closet cleaning (feels good)
twenty pounds lost and no more pain (thank-you Master cleanse)
a neighbor who brought over a beautiful basket filled with beautiful blooming flowers for my patio table
a dryer spinning with warm clothes, my last load of laundry to be folded and put away
fresh fruit from the market this morning
some more vegies to plant in my back yard
Gods grace in my life {thankful}
this day {content}

This is so homey feeling...I visited Seattle 22 years ago on my honeymoon...I remember thinking it was a romantic city...:)

We had rain overnight and this morning the air is so warm and fresh! We have so many things to be thankful for :)
