Here is the secret to a good Jam recipe...it is the only one I use for my Jams.
They give you step by step directions on what to do.

The fragrance of Strawberries fills my kitchen...it smells good.



I mark the jars with which Jam is inside along with the year I canned them.

I like to wrap some up right away for gifts so that they are ready to pull off the shelf at any given moment and passed off as a gift.
