FOR TODAY ... June 12, 2012
Outside My Window.... from my craft room desk I see all the green branches from our pear tree. Window wide open at 4:30 A.M. as I study Gods word I hear birds chirping and frogs croaking.
I am thinking... The Pug, for some odd reason, sprawled out across chair and foot stool right next to me as I study...can that be comfortable? Chair and foot stool not connected.
I am thankful for...My family..... Oldest son working for our small company, a company that continues to blossom and bless ministry along with home. Youngest sons new job at Boeing along with his new home,(new to him) up at Lake Stevens. Daughter who is home for one week off from College and then will finish up her four year degree at WWU this very summer. Excited for her to be finished and so proud of all her hard work. A husband who continues to make me think, laugh and live life with out getting caught up in all the worries along the way.
From the kitchen...Right now it is a mess. A great big happy mess!
I am wearing... An old deep green polo Volleyball shirt, jeans and multi colored knit socks.
I am creating... Scripture doll for a little girl named Heaven that I think is amazingly smart, kind and important. Just another child God sent my way to teach me. Scripture pillows that I can not wait to finish and a crochet blanket that I have been working on since winter for my sons house warming gift.
I am going...to finish up this weeks James study questions after I finish up here, yes I did the whole weeks this morning! Woke up at 4:30 am and finished it about 10 am. Need to finish up another study for the the Wednesday evening study notes then off with the daughter to the book store.
I am reading...Master Cleanse Deluxe edition, Paul 90 days on his journey, The God who sees you, Two scoops of grace, Her name is woman and I just finished the book, Growing up Amish.
I am hoping... that all that I say and do brings forth glory to this amazing God I serve!
I am hearing... singing birds from the back yard and the frogs out by the pond croaking.
Around the house... floors that need sweeping, bathrooms that need cleaning, kitchen sink full of dirty dishes, clean dish piled on top of counter needing to be put away. A craft room that needs Vacuumed. Laundry piled in two tall baskets next to the washer. Four people walking amongst it all, surprisingly content, for now.
One of my favorite things...my two week vacation break right now...one more week to enjoy it.
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week: Ali and I are going to make another purse. Maybe learn how to make a beaded bracelet from her as well. Go through some old recipes and look for some new ones, some new healthy ones. Bike ride and some long walks. Trip to the lake and maybe hit the Seattle Market this week end with the family.
Here is picture thought I am sharing...

Sounds like you have a great week to look forward to! Have a blessed week.
All the sights and sounds are very much a blessing of your busy week. There is going to be so much happening with Nel's wedding coming up, so I love the stillness whenever it comes my way.
Enjoy all the simple pleasures of your world, my friend.
