Just another day, really....

Sometimes it's hard to get to excited about our anniversary "Day" and this is why....He treats me and our relationship like it is our anniversary everyday! Although, he tried to sneak in the door this morning with 24 beautiful roses and I just happen to be in the living room when he came in, that made me giggle. He has a few things to tie up today and so do I, so we are meeting late this afternoon to head on over to Alki Beach to have an early dinner. It is a beautiful day here so we will take my car with the top down and enjoy the beautiful scenic ride there, fellowship together, dinner on the beach and afterwards a walk on the beach. Oh these pictures? From a couple week ends ago when we put the top down on my car, headed over to Alki, fellowshipped, had a wonderful dinner on the beach and then took a walk along the boardwalk... see, I told you, just another day....

Love brought us together
as husband and wife
and gave me you
a best friend for life.
Thanks for 24 wonderful years Dave!

Happy anniversary my two darling kids. Before David's mother passed away,I promised her that I would love her David as my son. I have kept that promise and Jack and I would have it no other way. I knew the first time I had the pleasure of meeting him, I knew he was special. He is our son. We love the two of you and are blessed by the example of your love for one another..Again..happy day..MOM and DAD

Mom- You and dad have sure done a good job of taking Dave in as a son that is for sure! I think Momma Duck is smiling and happy that her duclking is in a happy place.

Karen - I am so excited you got the book...Can't wait to hear what you think and how your 40 day journey goes. Thank-you for the sweet comment.

K- It isn't summer time hot but really is a perfect day to be out ...we have been going from snow one day to warm and sunny the next...crazy weather here.

Thank you for the sweet wishes! Ok maybe it's a little more special than all the other days!....LOL
