Attitude of Gratitude

 Lights hanging on branches around the deck

 Plums dropped off at my door...ready to make jam with
sweet sugar

 the smell through out the house of boiling fruit

Jars of harvest are ready for long winters morning toast

Green apples are ready for apple sauce, morning bowls of oat meal.....

..and pies

Thankful for:

Sunday mornings of praise to God
Sunday afternoon lunches out
A book finished and new ones down loaded and ready to go
More of His word put to memory
Humble Stable Church prayed for all the way around {love this family}
Summer evenings
the smell of cut grass
coffee on the deck in the mornings
devotions and prayers

week-end with the husband
neighbors
Romanced by God
winter classes with friends and retreats coming up
Gods holy word
convicted by Holy Spirit
evening walks around the neighborhood
friend coming for lunch Friday {excited}
heavenly Father
Holy Spirit
Jesus the son of the almighty God
one daughter and two sons
 Thank you Lord,

 for everything!

I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

There is nothing like homemade jam, is there? And strawberry has to be my favorite. I love the light hanging on the branches. On the tables for Nel's wedding, the centerpiece is a lantern with a candle inside. I can't wait to take one home and let it shine.

Christine,
Thanks you for the lovely comments on my rainbow post. Unfortunately, I didn't take any of the pictures this time. Most of the pictures we take ourselves, but every now and then I will see a picture that is perfect. Those were all google images. I enjoy your blog so much. There is a simplicity about it that I appreciate very much.
