It wasn't just that....

It wasn't just that he was born, after all, people are born everyday.

*He was born to set a process in motion.

It wasn't just that He died, after all, we're all going to die eventually.

*He died for you and for me.

It wasn't just because He said He'd come back.

Not only did he come back...

*He over came Death; as He rose from the dead.

~The Birth of our Savior was and always will be amazing.

~His death was and always will be a true sign of His love for each and every single one of us.

~Yet... with out His Resurrection...it would of all been done in vain.

He was born for us
He died for us
He Came back for us
Now he waits for us

~Chris~

He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.

Matthew 28:6

So you can't see me with my arm up in the air, hollering, "AMEN!", but you'll have to take my word for it. My kids will never know, when I get old, when exactly it was that I started into dementia...

It always overwhelms me, when I think about my Savior and the resurrection, hope and life overcoming death. Thank you for this beautiful reminder!

Hi friend! I'm finally getting over here to visit you and you have this awesome Easter post up! Amazing, isn't it? Easter is just awe inspiring and unbelievable. But, thank goodness we DO believe!

I'm still plugging away at the Love Dare, slowly. I get hung up and put it aside, bring it back out, ponder, ruminate, contemplate, regurgitate...you get the picture. :) But, I agree with you. I think I will finish it and then start over.

Tomorrow, I am coming back to your blog and reviewing all your Easter ideas so I can hit them hard the next three days ! YEA!

Have a good day!!
