Husband: You want to go to the car show with me?
Me: You want to go to the yarn store with me?
Husband: Why would I want to go to the yarn store?
Me: Why would I want to go to the car show?
Husband: Everyone knows you need a car so that you can drive to the yarn store...
Me: We have three Mustangs, 1 Solstice, 1 pick up truck, 1 Work van and an Escape in our drive way. What makes you think I need to spend a full evening in town walking around looking for another car to go shop for yarn in?
Husband: Does this mean that you are busy tonight and can't make the car show this year?
Me: Yep
Guess who is staying home to knit while the guys all go to the car show? I'll give ya a hint...it ain't the guys..and guess what? I don't even remember how to knit!!

I am so with you on this one! Car shows and sports...a no-no here.
Was a nice relaxing evening at home for me. The boys all had a good time though.

LOL! Boy can I think of of a few conversations around our house that resemble this. Ha!
Nope don't have my cute little red Infiniti any more... It was a lease as is this SRX. Can't quite find one I want to commit to for more than 3 years. The Infiniti was my first lease and it was kinda nice not having to worry about selling it. I like that idea!
I have been such a horrible blog friend. Hopefully one day this will all calm down and we can catch up!
